  • Combine the yogurt, chopped apple, and grated carrot in a bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly to ensure the apple and carrot are evenly distributed.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • Pop the treats out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
