Frozen Dragon Fruit Dog Treat
Enjoy a tropical frozen treat with these frozen dragon fruit pops with a cucumber stick.

Ingredients
- 1 dragon fruit
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain and unsweetened
Popsicle Sticks (optional)
- 1 medium cucumber cut into sticks
Instructions
- Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh. You can use either pink or white-fleshed dragon fruit.
- Place the dragon fruit and plain Greek yogurt into a blender. Blend until you have a smooth, thick and mixture.
Prepare the cucumber sticks
- Thoroughly wash the cucumber to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- Cut the cucumber into 6 sticks that fit the size of the popsicle molds.
Assemble
- Carefully pour the dragon fruit mixture into the molds, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
- Place the cucumber stick in the middle of the mold, upright.
- Place the filled ice cube tray or molds in the freezer and allow the treats to freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until they are completely solid.
- Once the dragon fruit dog treats are frozen, remove them from the molds.
