Can dogs have dragon fruit?

Dogs can eat dragon fruit in moderation, and it can be a healthy and nutritious addition to their diet. Dragon fruit, also known as pitaya, is safe for dogs and offers several potential benefits.

Dragon fruit is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and dietary fiber, which can be beneficial for your dog’s overall health. It’s a refreshing and hydrating fruit that can be especially enjoyable for dogs during hot weather. Recipe Tips

Use plain, unsweetened, and unflavored Greek yogurt, as it’s a good source of probiotics and protein without added sugars or artificial ingredients.

If you want to add extra flavors and nutrients, consider incorporating other dog-friendly fruits like blueberries, strawberries, or bananas. These can complement the dragon fruit’s taste.

Silicone molds make it easier to remove the frozen treats. If you don’t have them, ice cube trays work as well.
