  • Wash and finely chop the kale and the broccoli. We use the broccoli stems and finely chop them too.
  • Heat the coconut oil on a medium heat in a large skillet or pan. Saute the beef until there is no pink in the meat.
  • Add the beef liver, turmeric, black pepper, chopped kale and broccoli. Stir to mix and cover. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the livers and vegetables are cooked.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
