In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground lamb over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the chopped lamb liver to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liver is cooked through.
Add the drained sardines to the skillet and break them apart with a spoon, mixing them evenly with the lamb and liver.
Add the chopped bok choy, broccoli, zucchini, red pepper, turmeric, ground ginger and shiitake mushrooms to the skillet. Stir to combine with the meat mixture.
Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have melded together. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once the vegetables are cooked through, remove the skillet from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.
