Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 large egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated zucchini, grated carrot, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture out evenly on the baking tray OR shape the mixture into small bite-sized treats.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes (or shorter if you have made small treat shapes) until firm and golden. If there is any excess liquid, drain it.
  • Cool and slice into squares or strips. Serve to wagging tails.

This recipe makes about 20–30 small dog treats, depending on how large you shape or cut them.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 2 months
