These homemade duck dog treats are made with duck liver, oat flour, egg, and flaxseed for a protein-rich snack dogs love. Easy to bake and perfect for training rewards or healthy homemade treats.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 7 oz duck liver
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray or silicone mold.
  • Add the duck liver to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Mix in the egg, oat flour and ground flaxseed until blend.
  • Spoon or pour the mixture into molds or spread onto a lined tray.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm and cooked through.
  • Allow the treats to cool completely before cutting into bite-sized pieces.

This recipe makes approximately 20–30 small homemade duck dog treats, depending on the size of your molds or how large you cut the treats after baking.
  • Small training treats: about 30 pieces
  • Medium-sized treats: about 20 pieces
If using mini silicone molds, you may get slightly more.
