Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 4 oz pork liver or beef liver
  • 2 oz chicken giblets
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup zucchini grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pan on a medium heat.
  • Add the ground pork and cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  • Add the liver and chicken giblets and cook for a further 4 minutes until cooked.
  • Add the celery, pumpkin , zucchini, hemp hearts, chia seeds, turmeric, ginger, and eggs. Stir well and cover. Simmer for 7-10 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

The whole batch is about 50 oz making 10 servings at 5 oz each.
