  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a silicone mold tray on top.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, tuna, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the oat flour and stir until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
  • Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls or flatten slightly into small discs. Or spread out into a silicone treat mold.
  • Place the treats on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until firm and cooked through.
  • Let cool completely before serving to your cat.
