  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Add the lamb liver to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, combine the blended lamb liver, pumpkin purée, and egg. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Stir in the oat flour and ground flaxseed. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll the dough in between parchment paper to about ¼ inch thick (a cleaner option with less sticky dough on the rolling pin)
  • Use cookie cutters or a knife to cut into your desired shapes or sizes.
  • Place the treats on the prepared baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until firm.
  • Allow the treats to cool on a wire rack before serving.
  • For a crunchier treat, turn off the oven and leave the treats inside to dry out as the oven cools.
  • Serve as a treat once cool.
