  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground pork, pumpkin puree, and egg. Mix well.
  • Add oat flour and turmeric, and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more oat flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it's workable.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface (you can use oat flour for dusting) to about ¼ inch thick.
  • We score the dough with a pizza cutter but you can also cut the dough into shapes using your favorite cookie cutter, and place the treats onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the treats are firm and lightly golden.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack before serving or storing.
