Ingredients
- 1 cup ground lean pork
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground pork, pumpkin puree, and egg. Mix well.
- Add oat flour and turmeric, and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more oat flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it's workable.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface (you can use oat flour for dusting) to about ยผ inch thick.
- We score the dough with a pizza cutter but you can also cut the dough into shapes using your favorite cookie cutter, and place the treats onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes, or until the treats are firm and lightly golden.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving or storing.
