  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the spinach, banana, eggs, and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the coconut flour. Mix until a dough forms. It should be firm but slightly tacky.
  • Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ¼ inch thick.
  • Use a cookie cutter to shape your treats and place them on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
