  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners.
  • Place the banana, strawberries, egg and Greek yogurt into a blender or food processor.
  • Blitz until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a medium mixing bowl and spoon in the oat flour, stirring through.
  • Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the pupcakes cool completely in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack.

Optional Frosting/Decoration

  • Spoon the pupcakes with Greek yogurt and decorate with slices of strawberries.
  • Serve to wagging tails.
