Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
  • Line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment paper.
  • Place all in the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Spoon the mixture into the loaf tin and press down evenly.
  • Bake for an hour.
  • Drain off any grease, slice and serve.
