  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, egg, grated carrot, apple sauce, and oil until smooth.
  • Stir in the oat flour until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  • Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the pupcakes cool completely in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Prepare frosting: Mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Once cooled, spread or pipe a small amount of the frosting on each pupcake.
  • Offer to your dog as a special treat and store leftovers as needed.
