    1. They need to be as thinly sliced as you can for extra crispiness but I found some thicker strips cooked well. My batches always end up with a variety of thickness. It doesn’t have to be too precise.

    1. Dehydrate at 165ยฐFโ€“167ยฐF (or the highest setting for your dehydrator) for 8โ€“10 hours.
