My dogs went crazy for this recipe and I served it alongside a few extra toppers for dinner. They are becoming huge fans of fish and this would be a great meal if they ever lost their appetite. The fish smells seems to revive their senses.

Sweet potatoes are a great source of antioxidant, vitamin A and fiber. They contain beta-carotene that can be a natural anti-inflammatory nutrient. Sweet potatoes should not be given raw as they can be difficult to digest, and should be served cooked.
