We use homemade apple sauce but you can use any store bought, as long as it’s sugar free. Always check the ingredients. Remove the watermelon seeds too.

Remove seeds and chop watermelon

Place the watermelon into a silicone mold tray

Spoon the applesauce on top and freeze

Remove from tray and give as a treat
