- 8 oz pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the canned pumpkin, egg, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
- Stir in the brown rice flour and work into a dough.
- Roll out the dough in between two layers of parchment paper to about ยผ inch thick. Cut into sticks with a pizza cutter or knife. Or use cookie cutters to cut into shapes or press into silicone molds.
- Place the treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20โ25 minutes, or until firm and golden brown.
- Let the treats cool completely on a wire rack before serving or storing.
